What we have here is an attempt to keep everyone on “one page”, that page being “whatever we tell you to say”. Seems like the current administration wanted to silence reports of global warming being a real, quantifiable threat from an august institution like NASA. So they just attempted to put a muzzle on the whole outfit, forcing all the press meetings, releases, public Q/A, etc. through “official channels.
Great thing that the people we pay can’t inform us there’s trouble brewing in the atmosphere, eh? Nothing like that nasty “truth” getting out to ruin the rhetoric that everythings fine, please form a single line, one over the cliff at a time.
