Chalk up a loss for the RIAA in their fight against America. Seems they didn’t even bother responding to a court order in the case against Brittany Chan to provide a functional way to get her the Guardian Ad Litem they insisted on.
In light of the inexplicable lack of response from the RIAA on the matter, the judge dismissed the case. I’m guessing they figure they’ll just continue to shotgun court cases at the system and don’t even care about the actual case so much.
Seems like an abuse of the justice system and a waste of my tax dollars, never mind the judges time.
