Diebold’s voting machine’s might be easier to use (debatable) than some other voting methods here in the states.
They’ve got a few major drawbacks however.
Such as the one being exposed over at El Reg. All you need is some flash memory, a screwdriver, and access to a Diebold voting machine. At that point, the sky’s the limit for your favorite politico!
Seriously. With manual ballots, you needed to actually physically create something to rig a vote. It was ostensibly much more noticeable. The Diebold machines either seem like some kind of cruel, cruel joke or the easiest way to swing the vote.
